| Last week I had some house guests visiting from India, they had come over to take part in a presentation of some recent research I have been conducting at Lancaster University into the growth and performance of the Indian contact centre industry. Whilst they were with me I was thinking about my talk this evening. Their visit reminded me of several things in relation to ideas of globality.
